The Main Headquarters of the Harney Peak Ranch is the 1870s headquarters of theJames M. Wood pioneer ranch. Rapid Creek flows through the property forapproximately one mile. The ranch occupies the whole of the fertile outwash delta and hasthe best soil base in the area.
